What is The Forge?
The Forge is a quarterly business mastermind-style event designed to refine leaders and build legacies. Born out of a desire to pour into the business community in Omaha, this gathering is more than just another networking event—it's a faith-driven space for Christian business owners and leaders to be equipped, encouraged, and empowered to thrive in the marketplace.
Each event is carefully crafted to provide practical insight, relational connection, and spiritual perspective, all within a few powerful hours. You'll walk away with new ideas, sharpened vision, and the inspiration you need to keep building what God has called you to lead.
Who Is The Forge For?
The Forge is primarily for business owners and leaders who are already running or managing an established business and are ready to take things to the next level. Whether you're scaling your team, refining your systems, or expanding your impact—this space was built for you.
And once a year, we’ll open the doors wider to host a special entry-level event for those just getting started—if you’re dreaming about launching a business, or have recently taken your first steps, we want to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How Much Does It Cost?
Right now, The Forge is completely free.
This event is made possible through the generosity of My City Church as part of our mission to raise up and strengthen Christian leaders in the marketplace. We believe in building the local church beyond the four walls—and that includes equipping business owners and leaders like you to make a Kingdom impact in your workplace and community.
We’ll even provide breakfast and lunch—because we know that great conversations often happen around the table.
In the future, if we bring in special guest speakers or expand the event experience, there may be a cost or an opportunity to give through a freewill offering. But for now, you can attend The Forge at no cost—just come ready to grow, connect, and lead.
